    Gabriel Carrasco (7-0, 143, AKA) defeated Kevin Arceo (5-2, 146, World Team USA) by KO at the end of the final round. After 3 rounds, Carrasco was leading on 2 of 3 judges cards, 29-28, 29-28 & 28-29.
  9. IKF AMATEUR MUAY THAI RULES
    WEST COAST LIGHT MIDDLEWEIGHT TITLE

    Justin Roman (4-2, 156, Team USH) defeated Daniel Agid (3-3, 153, Prach’s Kickboxing) by TKO at :26 seconds of round 1. Roman was rocked and referee Ray Balewicz gave him an 8 count, however, during the 8 count, Roman had no eye focus with the Balewicz and never brought his hands up to his chin to assure Balewicz he was OK.
  10. IKF AMATEUR MUAY THAI RULES
    UNITED STATES SUPER WELTERWEIGHT TITLE

    Skylr Penna (6-0, 150, World Team USA) defeated Steven Baca (3-3, 148, Calleros Kickboxing) by TKO at 1:59 of round 4 with a shin kick to the head. At the time, Penna was leading on all 3 judges cards 30-26.

Who knew Jerry was into Muay Thai. Just in case you do not know who Jerry Rice is I suggest you Google his name right now, he is one of the greatest athletes ever to play in the NFL. He was really nice and I am glad that we could share our sport with him that night.
